Will you come take a look at our operation for free?
Of course. If you want us to come look at your commercial kitchen, your laundry, or your housekeeping, just give us a call at 877-471-2524 or send us an email at service@primechemicalsolutions.com and we will have somebody there within a couple days to take a look and provide a quote.
What if my equipment breaks or I believe a product is not being dispensed properly?
Call us at 877-471-2524. We have a technician on call 24/7. If you call after hours, you will talk directly to the technician on call. You will never talk to a faraway call center.
Are you on social media?
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order. If you are our customer, we will make sure you have what you need.
You claim to be local. Do you work with local vendors?
Yes. Almost all of our vendors are local. Our two primary vendors for chemicals are Kansas-City based Solids, Inc. and North Kansas City-based CUI.

Our primary vendor for dishwashers is American Dish Service out of Edwardsville, KS.

Our primary dispenser vendor is a British company with a North American HQ in Lenexa, KS.

In addition to directly delivering our own products, Scavuzzo's Foodservice from Kansas City, KS and Regal Distributing in Lenexa, KS both distribute our products.
Yes. We are on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. We are still new to social media, so please like our pages. We will periodically provide discounts on both our Facebook and Twitter pages.
Are there contracts?
Yes. If you lease a dishwasher there is a contract. However, if your bill is paid, and you are unhappy with our service, we will come pick up our equipment.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free.
How often will I receive service?
As much as is needed. We visit some heavily-used kitchens as often as weekly.
